1. Service Description

eSIM Scout compares eSIM plan data from provider sources. Plans marked as partner or affiliate offers are purchased from the named third party. Plans marked as eSIM Scout Direct are sold through this site when direct checkout is available.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep plan data accurate and up to date. However, prices, data amounts, and availability may change without notice. Always verify the final price and terms on the provider's website before purchasing.

3. Direct eSIM Orders

Direct plans are data-only unless stated otherwise and require an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. You are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase. Installation adds the eSIM to your device; the validity period normally begins on first connection to a supported network, as shown on the plan page.

The final checkout price is the amount charged. Refund eligibility depends on the order status and applicable law. An eSIM that has been installed, activated, or used may be ineligible for refund. Contact support before placing a replacement order if provisioning or installation fails.

4. Affiliate Relationships

Some outbound links may become affiliate links after the relevant partner program approves our participation. We may earn commissions from purchases made through an active affiliate link without changing the price you pay. Affiliate availability may affect which providers we can link to, while comparison details are presented around user-facing criteria such as price, data, validity, network, and features.

5. API Terms

Our public API is provided free of charge for reasonable use. We reserve the right to rate-limit or restrict access to prevent abuse. The API is provided "as is" without warranty. When using plan data from our API, please include the affiliate_url when presenting purchase options to users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Purchases completed on a third-party provider's site are governed by that provider's terms, and we are not responsible for its coverage, billing, refunds, or support. For direct plans, network coverage and speed depend on local carriers, device conditions, congestion, and location and are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
